BTW, the error UNAVAILABLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET usually shows when the McAfee Suite detects a 3rd party antivirus software installed on your computer. it could be ghost software of an old antivirus. do you remember having an antivirus installed on your computer?

Ok, I'm still stuck! I have removed all my previous protection. When I go to " att.software.yahoo.com " and try to sign in with my email , it keeps telling me I am using an invalid email address. What do I do? I need serious help!
Hi LSAMS,
Make sure you're using the primary email address registered for this account to download McAfee. If you are logging in to the Software Center using a sub account it will definitely give you that error.

In order to install AT&T Internet Security Suite powered by McAfee (AT&T ISS powered by McAfee), firstly, you need to make sure that the previous security software is uninstalled completely from your computer.

I performed a system recovery and need to reinstall McAfee virus protection. I am hardwired to the at&t uverse network. According to the Technician Wizard, McAfee will not install due to some network issues. I tried unplugging the cable to the PC and ensured the firewall was enables. I plugged the network cable back in and still get "unistalled" messages. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
