My smtp server is not on any know blacklist, but when it tries to send to an at&t.net e-mail recipitent we recieve the following:
The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a specific reason. Check the address and try again. If it still fails, contact your system administrator.
< herc.ogse.com #5.0.0 SMTP; 521-69.95.69.201 blocked by sbc:blacklist.mailrelay.att.net.> (not the correct ip address in the return message, not sure where it is pulling the reverse DNS from)
I have been to the following site: http://rbl.att.net/block_inquiry.html
submitted the request from the link on the web page http://rbl.att.net/end_user_request2.html
sent email message to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net to request our server from being blocked. Will getr the automated "do not reply to" reply messgae. I have called about every AT&T phone number I have come accrossed (people on the phones were clueless and no help for what its worth). It has been 2weeks trying various aveneues with no luck.
PLEASE HELP!!!!

Is there an AT&T person that monitors this site?

Hello,
Our company has been having the same issues listed in this post:
The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a specific reason. Check the address and try again. If it still fails, contact your system administrator.
< herc.ogse.com #5.0.0 SMTP; 521-69.95.69.201 blocked by sbc:blacklist.mailrelay.att.net.>
I was just wondering if someone could help me get our company off of the blacklist or point me in the right direction.
Thanks,
Jarett
