I have lost the ability to auto-load my contacts when I want to forward e-mails. This is the second time this has happened. I added some new contacts to my list and now I can't do anything. This is frustrating not to mention madding.

The exact same thing has happened to me.....I have to look up an email address & type it in manually EVERY time I send an email. What has happened to my prefill feature? Thank you to anyone that can offer any help!!!

Here we go again! It worked for a week and now it's gone again. I don't think yahoo and/or att care about seeing what is causing it.
I have 30 some odd contacts that I forward to and don't have the time to sit and hand load each one.

I need to join this club as my contacts will not come up when I try to compose although they are in my contacts when I go there. Very frustrating in not being able to troubleshoot or find anyone to talk to at AT & T. Hate to give up on this as I have had this account for almost 15 years and depend upon it quite a bit.

Has anybody been able to resolve this? It started for me the first time last week. It's maddening to have to have one tab open to your contact list and another to your emails -- PLUS you can't even cut and paste the addresses from the contact page tab.
What are att.net and yahoo doing to correct this programming glitch in the email program? I've had this account for 10+ years and my yahoo account for longer than that. I log in to my email on the att.net/yahoo server and don't import to Outlook, so it's not a Micro$oft issue.

I too have problems with the contact list. Today I got an incorrect URL message when I simply clicked on Contacts. 30 minutes later is was OK. This is happening with increased frequency. It's as if there is an intermittent lost "connection" to the contact list.
Another way I can tell there is a problem is when auto-complete fails to work when entering an email address which lives in the contact list. Sometimes it works OK, other times not. This used to always work. Not anymore.
The browser doesn't seem to matter. I've tried 3 different ones and they all behave the same.
I wonder if Yahoo/ATT has the infrastructure to support their (growing?) client base?
