After several attempts now with the community support group I still cannot get my password reset for ATT. I've now sent my information to Alex, been contacting by Troy who forwarded my information on to "the special team". Spoke to Edward Wheeler who informed me that I need to contact Yahoo since it's now a free account....He was going to transfer me (I think and I was hung up on...)which I already went round and round with the people at ATT the first go around. I was informed I could keep the free account when I cancelled by home service. If I could reset the account online I would. I go to the Yahoo mail site and I'm re-routed to ATT and I keep going in circles and circles on the website until it says my account (subaccount) is locked and I need to contact ATT customer service. I have two cell phones with ATT of which I pay almost 200.00/month for. I'm at my wits end!!!! I need into my e-mail as I use this for work!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELLP ME!!

I'm having the same problem as well. I'm trying to change my email password since someone in Viet Nam is using my email address to send spam, but I get the same run-around. It's one big circle from yahoo to uverse to yahoo to uverse with no way to change the password. Arghh!

Information I have gathered that may help...
Chat window associated with sbcglobal or other accounts that were initially given with a DSL account
That chat window person told me that there is only online support for the transitioned Free accounts
Link that is supposed to help re password problems with ATT domains - don't know if it really will
