Had several multi-day outages over the past 2+ weeks due to some box along the route.
ATT won't tlell me why and when it will be permanently fixed.
Tech supervisors won't call back when they say they will.
How can I resolve this?

AT&T is having rolling DSL blackouts. Just for fun. Just because they can. Also, a new charge will be added to your bill if you go over 180/250GB of uploaded or downloaded info. That is alot apparently, but was scares me is that this number is arbitrary. They are trying to push us all to their new Uverse system. Control the "Free" internet. Pay the toll to cross the bridge.
Back to the connection issues, check it out online, google AT&T rolling blackout. They wont't tell you they are doing it. Suddenly, your DSL just isn't working once or twice an hour or fifty. This is happening in our state now, Georgia. It has happened alot as of the last month or so. Especially in the last two weeks.
