I'm absolutely furious!! Does anyone have an email address where I can write to ATT? I received a ton of spam messages from one sender. Each email has an alleged unsubscribe link, however, that link is for the individual business. There is not a link to unsubscribe from the "service" that is sending them all to me. One of the emails clearly states next to the business' unsubscribe link that the link will only get the recipient off their mailing list and that it will not remove the recipient from the mailing list of the sender (who is sending emails "from" dozens of companies). I have been forwarding these to spam@bellsouth.net and spam@uce.gov. Due to the number of them this evening, ATT's stupid software thinks I am sending spam and returns an error "Blocked for abuse. See att.net/tempblock for information." Needless to say, that site fails to give any useful information. I know ATT does everything in their power to prevent paying customers from communicating with them - except to order more and pay more - but I want to make it very clear to them that their software stinks and needs to be amended to address such issues. We have the right to turn in the spammers by forwarding all the junk they send without being obstructed in the process.

How do you get your email, do you go to the yahoo web site, or do you use a third party email client like Outlook?

I use Outlook. (I don't like Yahoo at all. These webmail applications keep making changes; Outlook remains consistent.)

Then I would suggest making a rule in Outlook that just deletes the emails as they come in. The rule can be triggered by the senders address, by content in the message, by information in the message header, etc. When you set up Yahoo for POP forwarding, there is an option to add the word "Bulk" to the subject line of anything Yahoo thinks is spam. I have a rule that's triggered off of that and sends the message directly to the "Deleted" folder.
There's not much you can do above what you've done already, unless you can contact the offending sender directly.
