Hello all - I'm an att.net email customer (legacy worldnet), currently traveling outside of the United States. Unfortunately, I can't access my att.net accounts - whenever I try to login, I get a password reset message, which I've never gotten traveling domestically. I tried the reset with one of my lesser used accounts, and the result was only a looping webpage. Is this due to my trying to access my account from an IP address outside of the US and, if so, how do I resolve?
I would like to contact customer support via e-mail, but all of the links on the support site take me to phone numbers to call, an expensive proposition when traveling abroad. Does anyone know how to contact support online?
Thanks!
Alan
