I have DSL 6.0, and according to ATT's description of the service, I'm suppose to have 10 mb's of webspace. So where is it? After reading through some of the forums postings on web space, I see that there have been a lot of issues with this service. I'm not wanting to build a personal webpage, I'm just wanting to upload information...i.e., use it as storage space.
Do 6.0 customers still get this, and if so, how do I access it?
And by the way, I've already gone to this link:
http://pwp.att.net/p/s/editorial.dll?eetype=Articl
Not only was it incredibly difficult to log into this page (it kept redirecting me), but once I was finally logged in, it wouldn't allow me to access any of the sites features.
If this is an ATT service offered with the subscription of DSL 6.0, then ATT shouldn't make it so difficult for 1) The customers to be informed about this (I've had internet service for over a year, and today, a total stranger told me web space was an ATT benefit), and 2) There should be a direct link to the information about this service (how to use it and where to find it).
I even did an online chat with one of the sales reps (Mark M) who was totally clueless and told me to call someone else since he was unable to (i.e., had no information about) to discuss this with me.
Communicating with ATT is such a frustrating process that I cringe at the thought of having to get on the phone with them. I was hoping that someone here could help me with this since, as usual, ATT is giving me the run around.

Works fine for me. I used the login link above where the Channels are on the left, entered my info and it took me right to My Personal Web Pages. I rarely get to it that way though, I usually just FTP to it with FileZilla and manage it that way.
Like you, I don't care to use it for an actual website, but I do use it as a pic/photo host for avatars on some forums and banners/sigs.
