Why am I suddenly getting spam email that is not even addressed to my email

I am suddenly getting spam emails addressed to mostly member@att.net or as of this morning even subscriber@azota*******123.com. I don't see a way to block emails addressed TO a certain address. When I block the sender, I just get the same emails from a different sender the next day.
