About a decade ago, I had DSL for about a year through SBCGlobal, they somehow hijacked my yahoo acount and now it's owned by AT&T. My account got hacked a few days ago and is sending spam to ALL of my business & personal contacts a couple times a day. I can not, for the life of me, change or reset my yahoo! password...it keeps sending me to AT&T. The folks at AT&T (tried talking to support AND their supervisor) can't help me because the sbcglobal account is loooong gone. I think I remember my old sbcglobal email but not the password, so I think I'm really screwed.
I don't want to delete my 15 yr old yahoo account but is that really my only choice right now?
