I've received several emails from friends (in South Africa) who are unable to send to our sbcglobal.net address. The message they get is:
The message cannot be delivered due to a configuration error
on the server. Please contact your Administrator.
What does this mean and why are they getting it? Other people can e-mail our sbcglobal e-mail address without problems (and this has happened before).
Thanks.

Welcome Westlake. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble your friend is having sending you emails. The following solution might help..
Why am I receiving email errors like "Service Unavailable" and "Your Domain Is Banned"?
("Service Unavailable" and "Your Domain Is Banned" section)
If the trouble continues, please send me a Private Message and we'll get you in touch with the group that can look into it.
Regards,
Alex
