internet connection

A few weeks ago I had a trojan virus that was removed and now everytime I shut my computer down or restart it my connection is lost. I troubleshoot and end up having to unplug the modem to get it working. Was wondering if I need to reinstall AT&T? If so how to go about it. If there is any other way to fix it someone please let me know.

More info when I start up my computer it tells me this file users\nancy\appdata\local\licenses\efeikytf.dll is not found.
