I had to replace my wifes hard drive and she used microsoft mail that came with Vista. She like it as not ads and simple. Her account is the sub account. When I tried to set the new install up I had continued problems with the password. I did the att chat and reset her password. It did not work so I downloaded Windows Live mail. Still had problems with password being accepted. I did another chat session and reset it again. It just will not work. When she first opens Vista and tries to use the Windows mail gets a message that password doesn't work. If she goes to my.att.com page and uses that email it works fine. She doesn't like it due to being different and all the ads. Any ideas why it's not working? If she does the att mail first then goes to Live mail it seems to work but the next time just usine microsoft mail the message about wrong password appears. Thanks for any help.
