I changed to AT & T U Verse upon the recommendation of two neighbors.
The process has been a nightmare-every step has been full of problems
The initial installation was much longer than I thought- I was never told it would be 4 hours.
The technician had to leave to go to the pharmacy to get allergy medicine and the rep. from
AT & T kept running back and forth telling me he didn't know if it could be installed. My next door
neighbor has it.
Then, I needed a technician. I got unlucky again and reached the service center in the Phillipines-
the agent I spoke with initially did not speak English well enough to be of service
The list goes on
There was confusion with the bill
I had to call about the rewards
In short, this whole process has been very unsatisfactory. Every one I talked gave the "thank you for
using AT & T" but were of no real help.
Today, however, I really did get lucky and Diane M[text removed for privacy] in Louisville, KY told me the real truth-
there have been numerous problems with the product and that working them out has taken a lot
ot time. She even gave me her whole name. Finally!!!!! I am very sorry I ever started with the whole thing.
The service is expensive and my cell phone and home are still not working properly.
Your routine answers are not acceptable because you have not come through with the goods.
I am really sorry I ever started this. Diane M is the only person I have spoken with that has
treated me with the respect a customer deserves. She is to be commended. She was honest and
polite. All I wanted was honest answers.
I have been a loyal customer of AT & T for over 40 years and I am very disapointed in what has happened.
You are trying to cut corners and it shows. You have an awful lot of people talking the talk and not producing results.
What used to be the best communications company in the world has turned out to be less than ordinary.
I am going to be surprised if anything comes of these comments. People that I talk with feel the very same way I do.
Almost six months of service and money and still not adequate service.

Unluckily there is a point where your neighbor next door can have it and you are too far (or want to accept error filled lousy service). We are users like you and your best bet is to contact David and his tier 2 team here:
Provide all info required and it might take a short bit of time before they contact you. Give a good phone # and time to call. They will solve your problems, good luck.
