I have the U-200 package with HD service and am getting the new HD channels (USA Networks HD, Sci Fi Channel HD, Bravo HD). If I'm not mistaken (and I'm probably not, ) If you're subscribed to the HD service, any SD channels in your current package (U-100, U-200, U300, U400, Premium Channels) will be availabe in HD when that HD channel becomes available on U-Verse. By the same token, if you don't subcribe to a certain channel/package (eg: SciFi, Movie Package, etc) you won't get those channels in HD whether they're available now or in the future.

BSG hasn't ended, season 4 is just in hiatus, which Sci Fi likes to do with this show. It is supposed to return next February for the rest of the season.
