Once you’ve made your referrals, you can check your account status by logging in to your account using your billing telephone number or ban and password. Please note that it can take up to 6 weeks from the date your referrals order services to confirm their orders."

If you were instructed to call a specific # to a specific manager... that is probably what the original sales rep was referring to.
