I'm hoping someone has had this problem and found a fix.
I used to have Charter before I moved over to U-verse and was able to use the SAP option, (either thru the TV or the cable box), to watch some shows in Spanish.
With U-verse, I can see the Spanish option under the Alternate Audio menu when I click on the Info button on the remote, but every time I select it I get no audio.
I've called AT&T and they told me that even if the option is there, it doesn't mean the show is actually transmitted with it (?!). I know for a fact that some of those shows have SAP so I think they were just telling me that because they didn't have an answer.
Has anyone run into this problem? Is there a solution or work-around?
