Are basic web pages available for Uverse subscribers?

I recall (I think) that back in the early days AT&T DSL they had a facility through Yahoo that allowed members to build simple web pages.

I don't see that any more. Is something like this available for us?

No, U-verse internet does not have that feature.

Only for old ADSL that ATT is phasing out as fast as a wildfire.

Edit: It just may work, it filled my Uverse ID in and was letting me fill in the other info. Try it and see if it'll let you submit the webpage info.
