Barbie Channel

So we have the "Barbie Channel" on 85...or at least it says "Press OK to start Barbie Channel".  When you press OK, you get nothing.  Anybody else have this problem?

I just tried the "Barbie Channel" on 85, and it worked. If it hadn't I would have had an irate temper tantrum on this forum, and threaten to call another provider tomorrow morning.  My family watches this channel 95% of the time. We do not find any other channels on U-Verse interesting enough to watch. Oh, the humanity.

It's actually an App, so I'm guessing they'll add more content in the future for other brands.

Well, I found out what the problem was after calling 2020.  A DR is required to get it to work.  I'm not wanting to do that on our DVR box because of all the recorded shows...but apparently nothing else will work.  It's working now on the two non-DVR boxes after doing DR.

Have you tried unplugging the box at the back?  Wait about 30 seconds, and plug it back in; wait for everything to reload.  (that will not erase your recordings)

I want the Barbie Channel in HD. When is this going to happen? U-Verse, put your customers first and put the Barbie Channel in HD!!!!!!

Direct and Comcast have the Barbie Channel in HD. When is AT$T going to do it? This is the most popular channel ever.

If AT$T U-Verse does not put the Barbie Channel in HD, I am going to Direct TV and Comcast at the same time just to show you up.

To be honest I have never had a desire to play with Barbie dolls so I don't have a clue of what is suppose to happen.
