I had ordered Uverse with TV, Internet, and Voice at Dec/17/2011. But the technician said he didn't have Bakc-up battery since it's recall. So I waited until now. I call customer service and they can't help.
Please help if anyone on this board. Thank you.

ATT just shipped me the Belkin batteries for the RG which will provide phone service during a local power failure provided that I have a non-AC-powered phone in my home. This battery is in line with the RG power input cable. Hope this helps.
