Lifelong resident and never known it to be. If it has changed we wouldn't get the games as neither TWC or AT&T carry MASN. So no local broadcast anyway. We have and always have had Braves and Reds in the NL

Yes, Charlotte is in the territories of both the Washington Nationals and Baltimore Orioles. Their games are carried on MASN which neither U-verse or TWC carry. Since you are in these teams' territories, the broadcast blackout rules apply even thought you do not have access to their games on MASN.
