I am noticing that Caller ID sometimes works, sometimes partially works, and sometimes does not work. I haven't contacted Tech Support yet. Just wondering how prevalent this issue is.
Specifically, caller ID often displays a number, but displays "Unavailable" for the name. When I then look online at my calls, the system displays full names for the "Unavailable" callers.
I have also noticed that Call Waiting Caller ID displayed my current call, and not the incoming call.
Any ideas? I did have problems turning on call waiting one day, and then I was able to turn it on the next day. Is there a way to "reset" things and then set it up again?

There should be a drop down menu to choose a voice profile. Select the one in use and then click the reset button next to it. See if the problem continues to occur.
