I'm in OKC and when I had uverse installed 3 weeks ago the caller  ID worked.  Had a different problem and they came out and fixed it.  Now the caller ID doesn't work ???  Went to channel 9901 and made sure my phone number was checked.  What else do I need to do ???  Thanks

Join the club...Posted about this too, Had it for 2 days, tech came out to install battery backup and got me switched to 32/5 profile, hasn't worked since (about 3 wks ago).  Tech support said they know there are 'bugs, glitches and issues' and to just give it time.

FWIW Caller ID should now be available in Columbus,OH. March 16th it will be in Los Angeles,CA, and on march 18th it should launch in St Louis,MO.

So Cal (Santa Clarita area) 91381 here.. I have 9901 with the options but caller ID on TV not working yet. Does it take a day or two to become fully functional? i eset the dvr but stil not working.

Got the email saying Caller ID on screen feature coming 'soon' on 3/16, live in Atlanta metro area, E. Cobb Co.

While this sort of stuff is incrementally better than what went before, I'm most interested in Phase lll of THDVR.  Now THAT will be a game changer, IMHO.

Caller ID & Voice Mail Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) is operational as of yesterday.

Caller ID is working fine, but the voicemail message is not. It does not display a message on the screen whenever there is a new voicemail as it is supposed to do.

Anyone else experiencing this problem? Any advice as how to fix it?

I've had channel 9901 Caller ID on TV for the past 2 days, still not working. I've reset everything. I have uvoice. I am in LA area (91381). Does it take a few days for it to become operational regionwide? LA is big so I'm not sureifits avaliable areawide instantly.

3 days since caller ID on TV channel 9901 appeared on my tv but its still not working. I have uvoice. Why cant I get it to work? I've reset everything to no avail.

UPDATE: While Uverse has made Caller ID available in Los Angeles Area, it is not regionwide yet. Just got a message from Tier 2 support saying while the channel 9901 is available right now, the firmware for your modem enabling Caller ID on TV has not been updated in your area yet.
