Can not access landline account manager anymore

Hello,
Is there a place on the forums for asking about landline service? I am having problems accessing my account online. When I log in, I am redirected to wireless. I have spoken to customer service in chat and on the phone. Once I spent about 30 mins on the phone with 5 different people and they kept moving me from one dept. to another (I spoke with DSL even though I told them I don't have DSL, I spoke with UVerse, I spoke with the initial person, I spoke with Wireless phone, then back to DSL again and no one had a clue.)
I used to be able to change my settings and features online and now it keeps redirecting me to uverse/wireless. Do you have any idea how I can log into my landline home phone account? Thanks!

Did you change the login drop down menu to "Home Phone & Internet" prior to trying to log in to your landline OLAM?
There must be a happy medium somewhere between being totally informed and blissfully unaware.

I had tried that and just did it right now and after hitting the Submit button I got this:
"Error 404: SRVE0190E: File not found: /wps/myportal/mysbc/home"

I just tried to log in here http://www.wireless.att.com/accounts/?source=IC442
Where it says residential phone and now it says I have to wait 24 hours before I can try to log in again. *sigh* I keep going in circles with it. All I wanted to do was add a number to my phone number block list which is a feature on my landline service and I can't find any other way to do it than online.

I'm sorry I'm not going to be able to be of much help - I don't use OLAM for my at&t landline service.
Maybe someone else out here does and can recommend something else - but the only things I know to do is try another go around with AT&T's customer service department and/or maybe check out the U-Verse forums, since part of U-Verse is landline service. These forums are strictly for at&t's wireless service. If you have the time on your hands, you could try in the tech support chat board out here and see if they can either help or can direct you to who can help at AT&T.

I didn't know Uverse also controlled the landline. I talked to the Uverse folks at AT&T and they didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I do have Uverse, but not the wireless or the voip/digital phone service. Thanks again for trying to help and for your suggestions.

lol. Sorry - I didn't mean that U-verse controls the landline. I just thought you had to have at&t's landline service to have U-Verse, so that maybe the U-Verse users would be more up to speed in the landline area of AT&T's service. But now that you say that - U-Verse probably uses an internet connection (rather than a landline connection), so that may not not really have been any better of a thought than trying out here.
It's just frustrating when these companies are so large that it's difficult to find the department that offers the support you need. ![]()

Yeah, when I called customer service they really didn't know what to do with me and kept asking if I had wireless service or uverse. I said I have Uverse but my landline is separate, with a different account number and bill. I used to be able to just log in on the website and access my phone features (add or remove numbers from the call forwarding or blocking, set up speed dial etc.). Now when I go to the same login place I've been using for months, I get redirected to the Account Manager that insists on me having Uverse/Wireless. I can log into my Uverse account fine but my landline isn't listed with it in there. So where is my landline account services page? It's lost in cyberspace somewhere and nobody at AT&T knows how to get there.![]()
I even told the service person in a support chat about it and after telling them my story they asked me if I had AT&T home phone service. *bangs head into wall*
AT&T doesn't seem to know where their landline site has gone. I spent over a half hour talking to 5 different people and they just kept sending me to the DSL person. I don't understand what part of "Landline" makes them think "DSL" but eh.

I just used this log in page to get into my at&t landline accounts. They are regulat POTS lines. I also have uverse and wireless but the below is what gets me into my regular landline accounts. Hoepfully you have not locked yourself out. Maybe that is why they said wait 24 hours? Try this link.

Tried it. It now automatically sends you to that "other" annoying uverse homepage that says NOTHING about you landline number or ANY options. to it....SIGH!!!!
