Can't listen to my voice mail via the internet

I have seen this before and as usual AT&T support is absolutely USELESS in helping fix the problem. They suggested that I PAY THEM extra money to solve the problem.
I could see that I had messages but could never hear or save them to disk.
Now I cant even log in. I keep getting an error..
You would think I could get a discount on my bill for paying for something that doesnt work.

That was a boatload more info than AT&T support gave me! It works, at the very least.

What happens when you try to listen to the message on the web? Also, which web browser are you using?

I can click on the play button but then the Quicktime control panel does not display. Trying to save to computer sends me to an error page. I am using Firefox and Safari. Both do not work.

Have you previously been able to listen to the voice mails in the web browsers?

It may be possible that this is a client side issue with your browser, PC OS, or security settings and not with AT&T at all.
But you probably don't want to consider that.

Just now, I was able to listen to voice mail on my computer using both Google Chrome and IE9. I have not seen anyone else report a problem recently, so we will see if others are reporting the inability to listen to voice mail using a web browser.

No one else has reported the issued in the OP's original message. At this point, I will assume that the issue was on his end although I doubt that he will consider that as a possibility.
