So I have the Elite Pro plan on my account that is set up for 3 megs down and speedtests at about 3 megs down, but I only get a maximum of 350 kbs down from any program, site, torrent, etc. The techs over the phone were useless just sending me to different speedtests over and over again. In the end I was sent a new modem to see if that fixed the problem, but it is the same thing once again.
What can I do to get more than 1/10 the connection speed that I am paying for?

Same problem here with slow speeds. Supposed to be getting 18Mbps - get less than 2 download. Particularly frustrating when I try to access att.com - terrible connection there. Continual server timeouts.
I can call ATT, they do something and the problem is fixed for about a week, then slow down starts again. This is an ATT issue, not an internal network issue or an equipment issue. Beginning to wonder if this isn't something they do as a matter of course and just hope people don't complain.
I tried the online chat with ATT tonight, no luck, continual connection failure.

I'd contact David and his tier2 team here:

Follow the directions under TROUBLES w/UVerse or install problems and hopefully they will solve your problem, let us know what happens. Good luck. ![]()
