Favorite Channel Guide

If we have to take the time to set our favorite channe guide, we should be able to set it as our default gude and not have to do Menu> Favorites each time we go to the guide.

Can this be fixed?

Not that I've ever found.  You'll probably get responses that tell you it's only  a couple of menu clicks to bring up favorites but that isn' the issue to me.  It is a big problem to me since AT&T keeps adding channels and appear in your guide and hiding channels isn't easy since you can't just enter a channel number and have it go to that spot to un-select.

I agree with you that should absolutely be part of good service.

By definition Favorites should be favored over everything else. Hard to beat a single press of the guide button.

So, when in the favorites "mode" the guide button should produce favorites only. And, the channel up/down should also be favorites only.

Do you know the enter key can build and display the favorites guide? Even this is backwards - it gives preference to adding/removing channels from the favorites list. I think you access the guide hundreds of times more than adding/deleting channels

So, you need enter button, down arrow, OK.

I have requested the favorites guide be moved to the top of the menu & display on enter enter.

If it is easier to do than a favorites mode described above.
