HD channel one tv at a time?

Hi , sorry if this is the wrong place to post but I have a questioning concerning HD channels.
While watching in HD I can only watch on one tv at a time? Its says I have to interrupt in order to watch on another tv, is their a one view limit?

Check your video profiles from your TV as follows: MENU > Options > System Options > System Resources
What information is shown for Streams and Egress Profile?
Also, can you download and install SomeJoe's tool at the link below?
http://www.uverserealtime.com/
Once you install the tool, please post screenshots of the following tabs: IP/Profile, Error Table, Bitloading, & Coax/HPNA.
We can take a look at the screenshots to see if there appears that you are on the correct line profile.

It says:
Streams: 3SD/1HD (WAN) ; 3SD/1HD (Ingress)
Egress Profile: 20000000 0SD/3HD

Thanks for posting those screenshots. You are on the 32/5 line profile, and your system should be able to support the 4 HD profile which would give you 4 HD streams and the following video profile:
Streams: 0 SD/4 HD (WAN) ; 1 SD/3 HD (Ingress)
Egress Profile: 20000000 0SD/3HD
Call Technical Support at the number shown in my signature, and request that you be upgraded to the 4 HD profile.

I have a question, will their be any additional costs or will it remain 10$ for HD services?

No, there is no additional costs. Also, Technical Support is available 24/7 at the number shown in my signature.

Let us know how it turns out! You will need to reboot your U-verse receivers when it goes into effect to see the change.

I am a little worried about the OP's line quality. The upstream bitloading graph is a bit wonky. He may have issues if he tries to stress his line.

I noticed that you RG had not been rebooted in over 100 days. If the RG was not rebooted as part of your upgrade, can you reboot it, and then repost your screenshots from UV Realtime?
