Help, High Ping, Slow Internet.

Hi, I play online games and this has become a big problem. It happens randomly but lasts for a few days when it does happen. My internet speeds drop super low and I ping www.google.com in my command prompt and my ping back from it is 1200ms+ at all times. This is very frustrating. It is on a wired connection. Most of the time I have 3 computers hooked up to it, but the problem presists even after we wook only one up.

I have the 32mb/s package if I am not mistaken.. and it is the best I can get where i live.
