You have to go thru:
http://www.att.com/u-verse/availability/index.jsp?
When it bombs out, it will take you to another page to put in a request to investigate your address. This is now the only way to do it, even phone reps can not do this anymore (was the old way to do it). ![]()

Send a PM to Alex from RC's link above, but if you are on Uverse IPDSLM ADSL 2/2+ out of the VRAD, you might be out of luck by being too far (phone lines don't go in logical direction/order). Good luck ![]()

I keep getting the IP Diagnostic page and even have a replacement modem. Also was told to keep the modem away from all the other electrical connections. Isn't that a little impossible when there are tons of wires attached to each other, etc? I am getting so fed up with ATT U-Verse I am about to start researching other internet providers. Previously I had U-Verse up in Waukegan and in 5 years not one IP Diagnostic message. Moved down to the southern suburbs, just outside Chicago city limits, and get nothing but IP Diagnostic pages daily. Getting very frustrated.
