I'm a happy U-verse customer. There I said it. I like the price, the hardware, the programming, the installer, the salesperson, the features, and the picture quality.

I didn't:

Sign up not knowing the limits, desire features that aren't available, not understand the price or the promotions, think everything would exactly the same as my old provider, stop any of my old services before I compared a live uverse install to them on my current hardware.

I did:

wait 2 years after learning about U-verse so that it had a feature set I could use, educate myself before I asked for an install, find and read this forum before I spent my hard earned dollar, double and triple check everything I was told to by the sales person before comitting to an install, realise that in the end, it's my money so I'm responsible for who gets part of it, offer the installer water soda and or coffe while he worked, have my old equipment out of the way, and easy access to the spaces the installer needed to get to, Freak out a little when my RG restarted itself once the first day uverse was installed, right after the installer left.

This isn't pointed at any other posters that aren't satisfied. Just me expressing that I, as an individual, am.
