Everything looks good to me. Are you having any kind of issues with your service?

Thank you, RCSMG.
Only YouTube streaming and constant buffering. ![]()
UV TV streams great, zero issues that I can recall.
XBOX LIVE seems great as well, ocassionally I'll get disconnected from COD (Infinity Ward) servers but I looked up the error and it seems to be across all ISP's and platforms.
I just wish I could pinpoint why YouTube buffers so often.

I don't know if this program had anything to do with it, but I downloaded "TuneUp Utilities 2012" free trial version and ran it and now YouTube is not buffering on the video it was this morning. I can run the video in 720p and it loads fine. I'll monitor it to see if it continues.
Edit to Add: It's loading fully and faster than it ever has. I'm hoping that the issue was my computer and not UV.

It could be that it detected and corrected some issues you were having on your computer. But as long as the buffering issues are gone, enjoy.

Thanks, man. Well, it's back to buffering again. I'm wondering if it's heavy usage on the YouTube end?
Here's the link I use for my comparison.

I set the video at 720p and fullscreen.
Yesterday at about this time it ran fine. Today, buffering every 5 seconds.

I clicked on that link but at Youtube there is a message stating that the video is no longer available.

I'm on 12M internet and it came up w/usual 10 seconds of buffering, then switched to large screen, changed it to 720p and it just went on playing w/no buffering, here in metro Detroit. ![]()

Did that one in another thread earlier, just now buffered for 10 seconds and came right up in large screen, changed to 720p, it restarted immediately and played. Think many are wasting time on HD, the 480p setting looked exactly the same on this one and the Mini commercial too on my Win 7 Dell Studio laptop. ![]()

OK, now it ran fine for me. I think it must be a user/usage issue. If many people are either on UV or YouTube, would that make a difference? ![]()

I played the video on Youtube and it played a while and then buffered some and played and buffered again. I have experienced that when watching certain videos on Youtube. I had not given it much thought because that is not the norm.

Yeah, I wonder why that is?
I just ran it again earlier this morning (I assume there weren't that many people online) and it loaded quickly in HD quality. I really think it's some kind of heavy usage issue. The more people on, the more the bandwidth has to be shared, maybe?
After that I ran a speed test and although I'm on the 24/3 plan, download speed was 14MB. ![]()
