Intermittent phone and internet

For about a week I have been having problems with phone and internet dropping, not sure why it started all of a sudden, AT&T has replaced the RG and the line between the RG and the iNID. Phone is just un reliable now and I need it fixed.

UV realtime is showing that DSL is dropping, I just need to see how I can get this fixed.
