Issue with login to att login for HBO go with initial setup

Whenever I try to setup HBO go from the ATT authentication inital setup step I get the following error
I'm getting passed around and hung up on the phone and its been quite annoying to say the least, anybody know who to contact about this as no one in ATT does

I'm getting the same error when I try to register for HBO GO.
Tried IE8 and Firefox 11, definitely seems to be on AT&T's end (hence the server error).
(Before anyone asks: Yes, I'm an AT&T subscriber with HBO, and yes, I'm entering the correct AT&T username and password. I even reset my password to make sure that wasn't the problem).

Are either or both of you new customers?
It could be something in your account hasn't validated yet?

I am having the same exact issue. Any resolution? I am using a Mac (tried Chrome, Firefox, and Safari).
I have had a TON of issues with uverse and macs that are tied to DNS resolution...

I don't know if the other 2 posters contacted Alex, or got their login resolved.
But you might contact him as well, in case it is an account-validation issue for Uverse. Mine still works.

I did send a message to Alex, and one of the AT&T techs is going to contact me.
As of this morning, the error is still happening.
(Also, regardless of whatever server-side defect is causing the issue, the fact that a customer is seeing any unhandled error message speaks to really poor software QA.)

Hey everyone. I had the same exact problem and just fixed the whole Issue myself.
I first started by running a disk clean up on my C drive. After the disk clean up I then cleared my cache as well as my browsing history.
This seemed to solve the problem because I was immediately able to view HBO GO directly after performing these steps. I hope this helps everyone

I have done these things you have said already and nothing. It worked perfect a few days ago when I signed in to HBO GO the day I got Uverse I just didn't finish my HBO GO account then.
I am just wondering if when you were having your problem was it just flicking between saying "validation confirmed" and "att'net" in your tab? going between to different urls?

I'm having the same problem and I emailed Alex. Don't see a response from him on how to fix this problem. I'm having the error with Showtime Anytime and not HBO though. It WAS working fine a few days ago, now nothing...

You have to send Alex a Personal Message from his profile page. He will reply to via a Personal Message as well. Keep watching the blue envelope near the upper right hand side of the forum page. You will see notification of a message. Here is a link to his profile page again.

I'm having this problem with HBOGO. Either Internal Server Error, or AT&T Splash screen saying it cannot log me in at this time.
Really sucks. Showtime and Starz works fine.

It seems like Alex in no longer accepted PM's....
The user ATTAlexCM does not have Private Messages enabled. Note: The invalid login names have been removed from the "Send To" list.
Anyone know how I can fix this?
