I have a computer in one room and a flat screen TV in another room. I am using the 2Wire 3800HGV-B I got from ATT. What is the cheapest way I can display my computer on my TV?

Assuming you don't want any more cables than you already have, that your PC will output HDMI and that your TV accepts HDMI, there are various devices that will transfer the HDMI signal over a suitable network link. Some will directly bridge the distance wirelessly. However the wired devices cost 150 or so, the wireless ones a bit more, and you'll need two: one for each end of the link.

I have a newer, but low end computer, with no HDMI output. I do not mind running cable though, it's only about a 25 ft. run and would be easily hidden.
I have a bicycle trainer and I'm trying to use a website intergrated with the trainer. Two different rooms of course, the PC is in my office and the trainer in the other room with the TV.

Well, besides moving your computer or your TV to the other room, it would depend on what outputs you have on your computer and what inputs you have on your TV.
Probably the cheapest, and most trouble free, would be an HDMI cable. An HDMI cable can carry both video and audio from your computer to your TV. If the computer and TV are on oposite sides of the same wall, you can get away with a fairly short cable. If not then you can get longer cables like these 25 footters. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Sub

newuv3rs3us3r -
You can get connectors for HDMI to DVI or VGA/RGB/component. See this link -
Of course you need to feed the audio on seperate RCA jacks. Some TVs allow this with HDMI - Mine does.
