You can get listings for the Basketball and Soccer channels at the NBC Olympics TV listings website; under "Select Network", choose "Specialty: Basketball" or "Specialty: Soccer".

Is there a difference between channels 1097 and 1638? They seem to be showing the same soccer games at the same time, although I'm only looking at this coming weekend's schedule.

It would be nice if the HD Soccer channel actually worked. I see the mini preview screen playing in the channel guide but when I select the channel all I see is black screen, but all the other channels work....

The channel works. Try rebooting your U-verse receiver.

Which U package does one need to see the Olympic channels including the HD ones and the 3D Olympic channel. Is U450 with HD required or can one see them on a lower package?
Thanks,
Nick.

It should be available with any package. Are you unable to tune to those channels?

I have U200 without HD. Since I have the uverse wireless Cisco receiver connected to my Sony 3D monitor via HDMI, I tried first 1095(Olympic 3D) and it complained that I'm not subscribed to this channel. I called/chatted with AT&T three times, the first tech didn't know anything about it, the second tech said that I need U350 with HD, and the third tech just didn't know anything about it. On the receiver when I compare packages under account management it only shows the HD Olympic channels under U450(it doesn't even show 1095)... Just curious which package do you guys have, since the best test is from people that actually are able to see these channels. I'm in California (bay area) so maybe these channels are only available in certain geographical areas/markets?

If you are unable to access any of the Olympic channels, reboot the U-verse receiver. You should be able to access all of them with the U200 package.

No go. I restarted the wireless receiver(even the DVR) and nothing. Can anybody that has U200 confirm that they can see these channels, specially the olympic 3d channel.
Thanks,
Nick.

If you are trying to watch channel 1095 you will need to be subscribed to HD. ANY channel above 1000 is an HD channel. the 3D channel is only available with HD. These channels are temporary so they won't show up in the channel lineup for each package since they will only be available for the next few days while the Oylympics are going on.
