It now has a placeholder Coming Soon (city background and smooth jazz music), but says UV GAMES.
Does this mean they'll be adding something more advanced instead of Yahoo Games?

That was explained in the UGuide. They are going to have a subscription game service where you can play all kinds of games for a monthly price of 9.95 if I am correct. I am not a gamer so this does not interest me.

I'm not interested either.

Speaking of the U-Guide, I got one in March. I didn't think they were still sending them out.

Yeah, the mystery black-hole of U-Guide. Wish they'd get BACK to putting it online for those who don't get it.

Seems like that would be the way to go with the U-Guide. Put it online and those who are interested can check it out there. They could even go back to genrating a monthly guide.

It WAS online, and was actually a link at the bottom of the UV forum Home Page. Seems a no-brainer since they are always trying to get people to go paperless, LOL!
Any other new App channels we should know about in U-Guide?

I saw it for a few days and then it disappeared before I got a chance to read it. My daughter gets into her cleaning modes and puts things away so well she can't even find them.

I get it once a quarter. Not that there's much to read in it.

I usually look at the cover and lay it on top of the tv. In the past I would read it if I saw people posting about info in the guide.

I wonder if they'll have poker among Uversers on the Uverse game channel. Or if any of the games on the Uverse Gmes Channel will be between Uversers.

You'll probably be required to use your forum moniker as your gamertag.

That I do not know. They only had information to watch for the game channel and did not go into details. I suppose when it comes on their will be more information. I was turned off by the fact there is a monthly fee. I do not see how you would get good games using a remote control. My nephew has xbox and he uses all kinds of controllers to play the games. So just using the remote I suspect that the games will be simple. If I played a lot of games I would rather have a play station or xbox.

Maybe it will have a function to use your smartphone to the big screen? I dunno, but something has to be really spectacular to get me to pay extra for it!
