Okay so I just signed up for U-verse 3mb service. I have been having nothing but trouble since I connected. My speed tests show I am having about the right speeds but my bandwith feels like there is none. I cannot stream anything very well. Online gaming is virtually impossible. I have had 3 techs to my house and had everything from my drop to modem replaced. Still nothing has changed. I have spoken to a couple seperate supervisors to no avail. I told them I needed a tier 2 tech or somebody who could read trace routes as mine seem kinda fishy. The sup told me all techs can and I told him that isn't true. Of course the tech came out earlier today and said he can't. They are not trained. Basically I was told if I am not happy then to go to Comcast. What is that. I need help. How do I get this taken care of? TKS!
