Trying to record the series on HBO - Newsroom. It only records 6/24 episode. For the 7/1 time slot where HBO says it will be it show "To Be Announced". Get your directory up to date - this is reduculous. It is only 1 week away. To Be announced! Everyone has it but the guide data that UVERSE apparently uses

Today is June 24th. Between today and June 30th, there will be daily updates to the Guide.

Two days later this episode still is listed as 'to be announced". The episode a week later is on the guide and scheduled. There is no excuse for some one not reviewing the guide and checking that some thing that is "to be announced" in the middle of all the other listings isn't some sort of error or problem. This is just one of the obvious errors in the guide and schedulng. There are programs that always get scheduled no matter if a repeat even when only first run is selected.
I guess I'll just manually schedule for that time.
Just one more example of lack of quality.

AT&T uses a 3rd party vendor to supply the guides, they don't them on their own. I've had Dish, Direct and TWC and they have each had their own issues with the guide.

To be announced means the network has not decided what to show in that time slot. It has nothing to do with AT&T. If you are sure that the show you want to record will air in that time slot you can set up a manual recording to record what ever program is in that time slot and hope it is the one you want to see. I know this because my father was in the TV business for 30 years. Sometimes they do not know if the program will be ready to air in that time slot so they put a place holder to hold the slot open and as soon as they know that they have the program ready to go HBO will notify the guides of the program in that slot. Also one good thing about HBO is if you miss the first showing you will have many opportunities to see your program as well as it will be put on demand the week after it airs. This is nothing to get upset about. I think you are just one of the I hate AT&T people who just want to complain about AT&T. So chill out you will get to see your show.

Do y'all remember the guy who yelled and yelled that AT&T's "Index Corrections office" was behind in verifying guide info?
1. U-Verse, nor Comcast, Direct and so on have staff to monitor each and every guide entry
2. There is no such office / person
