No programming at this time

I would like to personally thank uverse for screwing up tonights Whitesox game verus The A's.   On my rsn there was the Chicago Blackhawks game, and on the alternate channel 1742 The cubs game aired fine, and then the White sox followed.   When it came for the White sox game to air, all we got was a big fat No programming at this time screen.  Tried resetting the gateway as well as the DVR unit, and that did not correct the issue.

Called coustomer service, who had me try tuning into Comcast's California's feed, wich I was blacked out of as I was suppost to see it on my RSN Alt feed, that I did not have access to.   Thanks alot ATT!   Looks like I will be dumping ATT and keeping my Directv as I had to switch back to it to see the game in HD as you all obviously dont know how to hit the on switch!   So fustruated!

Ya same problem for me also. I looked everywhere for the game but came up empty.

Calling CS for a problem like this is useless.

I agree at times it can be frustrating but no reason for me to switch back to Comcrap.

Blackouts are controlled by zip code. It is possible that your zip code is erroneously not included in the territory of the local teams. Please enter your zip code in the following link to verify which teams games you should be able to watch on U-verse: http://www.att.com/gen/sites/iptv?pid=13716

Once you verify this, please contact David who is an AT&T employee in Tier 2 Technical Support. He and his team have been successfully at resolving customer issues that remain unresolved after contacting Technical Support.

Yep... Not a Zip Code issue....   The game was on the alternate channel 1742... The cubs game aired on the same channel only moments before the white sox game, and when the cubs game ended, Every other provider went to the whitesox game wich was listed in the guide, except uverse... You all pulled the plug instead of JIP ing into the whitesox game.   Also, the list above isnt accurate...   It's not listing the blackhawks for NHL on CSNCH.   Or did you all forget that chicago has an NHL team!

That's certainly a weird issue. Keep in mind that I'm not an employee of AT&T. I'm a customer exactly like you are, and these are my best guesses...

Since the Blackhawks are done for the season, this issue shouldn't come up again.

If a similar situation arises, I'd check the ALT channels in the 1690-range.

If that (and the rebooting method) doesn't fix it, I'd contact David who runs a team of Tier Two techs. David and his team are great about fixing things when other attempts have failed.
