Hello, Over past ~7-10 days people are telling me they left voicemail messages which I have not received. Or, I receive blinking-red light on phone notification of a message as long as two days after it was left. [Per Guidelines: Keep it Relevant and Appropriate]. The AT&T screen with all the choices for setting up and supposedly changing voicemail choices is one of the worst web pages I've ever come across. I couldn't even change my pin by using it. Although I usually like to use Chat functions for resolving or asking questions on most web sites, my experience with AT&T Chat has not been good. Help, please? Leilani

Assuming you have Uverse Voice and if you have not done so, I would try rebooting the RG by pulling the power cord for about 30 seconds then plug it back in, if there are still problems it might be best to call Tech Support.

Before all of that, though, I'd suggest plugging a phone directly into the back of your RG in the grey slot that is labeled 'Phone Lines 1/2' then try out the voicemail by pressing *98 on the phone.
