I have had uverse since the early days when att started the service. I've been a very happy customer till recently. I have started seeing pixellation and complete stoppage of service. A technician showed up the day after I missed the Mavs game against OKC and replaced the main receiver. Today the same problem manifests - missed Chicago - miami. Every time a technicians visiting I have to be set aside a 4 hour block of time to be around. Patience beginning to wear thin. I'll wait to see what this person can do tomorrow and if things don't improve it's time to bid adieu to uverse.

Just wanted to comment and say my history is similar. I have had Uverse for 2 years and have been quite happy but I have been experiencing the pixalation and freezing problem for the past couple of months. I suspect the problem is more than the receiver. Please keep us posted on your experience.

What regions of the country do you live in? I am in Detroit and my services started freezing about 2 days ago or so. I don't know if this is because Phase 3 is about to be rolled out or what? It is interesting that so many subs are experiencing the same issues at the same time. It makes things look more like a problem that is outside of the homes and not with inside equipment for the most part.
