Post the actual error here and many times they get fixed, calling CS/TS, they usually don't know what you're taling about. Bad info is coming from FYI Television. http://www.fyitelevision.com/ ![]()

OK, thanks I will make a note of the email address. It seems that after a week of having the wrong info my issue was corrected like magic, all I had to do was threaten to contact someone!
