I have received two emails from supposedly AT&T. The first email said that there is a virus connected with my AT&T email account and they need my username and password to upload new anti-virus to my email account. The second email has the AT&T globe symbol and it looks pretty real, but this email wanted my username, password, and birthdate. I tried to contact AT&T but can't talk to a live person about it.

Those are phishing emails trying to obtain your personal information. Do not respond, and delete the email.

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ymail/abuse.
Fill out the form and send it to Yahoo if the full header shows the it was sent from a e-mail account. If the full header shows another ISP search how to sent the e-maill to them. Many ISPs use abuse@ISPname.com.
