Per MLB rules, games on the out of market RSN's are blacked out in areas outside of a team's home territory. These are rules of MLB not the rules of a TV provider. The only way to receive out of market MLB games from your TV provider would be to purchase the MLB Extra Innings package which U-verse does not offer.
