It is a security conundrum - You do not want the bad guys in your computer but you do business with some sites that you do want to recognize you.

I think that I was misunderstood When I sing in to get to my ATT/Yahoo home page or my email like I have done for many years now from the same computer I got a different page and when I check the box that says stay signed in for 2 weeks I of course check it so to me it should stay signed in I'm no rocket scientist but it seem pretty simple when you check a box to stay signed in that what should happen I guess UVerse is really get screwed up.Of course this is just my opinion and I just pay my bill on time every month.

It has nothing to do with U-verse. It would be some settings on your PC. I'm not having the issue that you report. Check out the link below:

By the way, it looks like you have reported this problem before:

I have a tablet, laptop and desktop. My husband also has a laptop. I use Bellsouth and he uses Yahoo for E-mail. I've checked, "Stay signed in" on my laptop and my desktop, yet I have to sign in every single time I try to get into my E-mail. And forget the sign-in seal! That thing's useless. If the internet can recognize your ip address and send you spam according to the sites that you visit, surely AT&T can figure out how to recognize a person's computers. ![]()
