U - BAR DOES NOT DISPLAY NCAAW!!!!

I guess they don't really do much updating to the U-BAR as Santa App is still on it - and he has returned home!!!!

Yesterday the 8th of Jan - was on live chat for over 3 hours - kept getting transferred from one tier to the next - finally they disconnected me - and when I told them that last year the NCAAW was listed = these people said they had no idea about what I was talking about - that is why I kept getting transferred - Cannot believe they have the WNBA and the NCAAB - and the the NCAAW - talk about being predacious - something is not really correct with AT&T if they cannot update what is supposed to be updated!!!!

Today - the 14th - spoke with one of the best online CHAT people in a long time - he said the several team contracts have expired - and they are working to get them renewed - this pertains to several sports leagues - just thought would pass this info on!!!!

If you can believe that as I don't think chat agents have any info like that, just as CS most likey would not have any info/solution as you've found out.

I Call It Like I See It, Simply a U-verse user, nothing more

Since last year the U-Verse / U-BAR has not displayed the NCAAW - yet on the AT&T home page it list all of my teams -  they also list the WNBA which does not start for a few months - and the weather link is just as bad - I have 4 cities listed and when I scroll through the list - the last 2 on the list - display the weather for the previous one -  not sure why U-VERSE just drops the U-BAR if they can't update it properly!!!!

ALL OF A SUDDEN WAS CHECKING SPORTS FOR TODAY - AND THE U-BAR HAD THE "NCAAW" LISTED - AFTER ALL OF THIS - UVERSE AND AT&T KEEP INCREASING PRICES - MAY GO BACK TO CABLE!!!!

FINALLY THE U-BAR HAS ADDED THE NCAAW - EVERYTHING IS FINE EXCEPT THAT ON THE AT&T HOMEPAGE AND YAHOO - THE TEAM "BAYLOR" IS LISTED UNDER MY TEAMS - YET ON U - BAR IT IS NOT LISTED - I KNOW MESSAGE BOARDS HAVE 2 NEW PEOPLE - "ALEX AND JAM" - HOPEFULLY THEY CAN GET THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED -

I find it kind of funny that the new people on these message boards - "alex and jam" have not responded - I guess they don't know the answer - at least a reply would have been nice!!!!!
