I first got my U-Verse installed in November of 2008. I have NEVER received a paper copy of the U-Guide in the mail. Now it is almost 2 years since I was installed, and what appears in my mailbox today? U-Guide. WOW. 2 years to acknowledge that I am here. BTW...I am completely underwhelmed with the magazine.

The only positive thing I got out of the U-Guide was that the Ad for the Wireless App on Page 13 displays the app on an Android phone, the Samsung Galaxy-S (AT&T Captivate). Can't wait until for the app to be released.

I don't think Spd was being a "Posting policeman" but trying to help since we all have had some issues with getting the U-Guide at one time or another.

I haven't gotten a U-guide in several months. I thought they had finally stopped sending them out.

I finally got my U-Guide in the mail this month as well. It doesn't have that much information as I thought it would, but hey it's free.

I don't think that the purpose of this magazine is to overwhelm anyone - IMO, it is to up-sell, more than anything. It does have some articles on featured programming and so on but even then, it is telling you about programs on packages that you may or may not get. I even have tabs inside telling me what internet speed that I have and what discounts / rewards that i could get, if I upgrade.
I never got any magazine from Comcast or Jones Intercable (other than a Cinemax or HBO guide).
BTW - I have received all but 1 or 2 of the U-Guides. Guess that I'm lucky. ![]()

You haven't seen it in months because it went from monthly to quarterly. So it will be months before you see it again (hopefully). ![]()

I can tell you it's a waste of time; tried the same thing as you, got absolutely nowhere. More often, ATT had no clue WHAT I was talking about. Stopped coming for months after being steady for years.
Got my 1st this month in a long time.
Just to note, if you start getting it again, it is only QUARTERLY, no longer monthly.

I used to receive U-Guide regularly along with postcards regarding channel changes and that kind of thing but something changed and I stopped receiving all that. The only way I hear about upcoming pricing increases, channel changes, etc. is by coming here. I have tried navigating AT&T's support to correct this and after talking to several representatives was promised this would be fixed for me starting the following month. Several months later, I am still waiting to receive anything and am not holding my breath for this to change. I'd call AT&T again if I thought it would change things, but after my last experience being transferred all over creation, I have come to the conclusion it is not worth the frustration.

I didn't get one for this month. Maybe it is quarterly and it rotates region by region.![]()

Yes, and know it is now quarterly; was just stating that for people who used to get it monthly. ![]()

It is possible that the mail man could have taken mine. UV is so popular that people who can't get uverse will take the next best thing. Hijacking the U-Guide.

Unfortunately, that's the problem with printed copies; once it has gone to press, nothing can be done as far as corrections.
