What do you mean when you say "The CW Channel". I ask this because "The CW" is a network of local affiliate stations (ala NBC, CBS), not a national cable/satellite channel.
What affiliate station would you be looking for (i.e. what's your market)?

If it's the Charleston area, it's on channels 2's sub-channel (in SD only) unluckily not carried by Uverse at this time.

It's long overdue that Uverse is not carrying subchannels in all markets. ![]()

I cannot find anyplace to request new channels to the U-veres lineup. there are a number of channels I would like to order that U-verse doesn't offer. I've called, been thru the web pages many times, and now trying with web chat and still have not been able to find anybody who I can send a notice to that says, "hey add ****** to your channel line up and I will pay for it. I have money to spend but ATT don't seem to want it"
that's all

You're totally correct. The reason the market in Connecticut is confusing is because historically Connecticut never really functioned as a market to begin with. While I can't speak for other parts of the country, in Connecticut the TV transmitters were all scattered every 30-50 miles. The TV market situation in Connecticut before cable corresponded more closely to what we have as radio markets today.
If you lived around Hartford you only primarily watched channel 3 WFSB (formerly WTIC) or the Springfield, MA stations. There was also nearby New Britain which had channel 30 WVIT (formerly WHNB). 35 miles to the east in New London or Tolland there were no local stations so you watched the Providence and Boston stations. 35 miles to the south in New Haven you watched channel 8 WTNH (formerly WNHC). 20 miles northwest in Waterbury you'd watch channel 20 WTXX (then WATR).
With those old, massive, roof-top antennas, people in southeastern Connecticut had a better time receiving all the Providence stations (6, 10, and 12) than New Britain channel 30. People in northeastern Connecticut had a better time receiving the Boston stations than New Haven channel 8. People in central and northern Connecticut had a better time receiving the Springfield, MA stations than New Haven channel 8. People in New Haven, Danbury, and Bridgeport, on the other hand, had a better time receiving the New York City stations (2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13) than Hartford channels 3 or 30. For almost 40 years, this was the TV situation in Connecticut due to geography, terrain, and the lack of a single, centrally-located transmitter farm.
It was only in the mid 80s that the New Haven-Hartford market came to be, thanks to local cable. Before that, channel 8 was something foreign to a person living in Ashford just as channel 3 was foreign to someone living in Milford. Today, 30 years later, this is no longer the case. The market is well-integrated. However, viewers still have an attachment to what's considered now out-of-market stations. This is why from the start these traditional, significantly viewed stations from New York, Springfield, Boston, and Providence all had a place on the line-up in various Connecticut cable franchises. It's possible that AT&T, being "new" to the game, doesn't quite understand this. And I'll leave it at that for now...
Regarding the UVerse channel line-up posted by SomeJoe7777, it's true that most of the local New Haven-Hartford market stations are on the Fairfield County (NYC market) line-up. However, not all NYC stations are offered entirely on the New Haven-Hartford line-up. In fact, the New Haven-Hartford line-up is different for several counties.

Are there any plans to start any cricket channels on Uverse TV?
Dish Network, DirecTV and Comcast has them.

I hope not. That would be a very annoying channel. Even worse would be the Cicada Channel.

Up to now I have not seen any announcements made by ATT about new channels/networks being launched. If they have it is not a common occurence. Usually someone will post about a new channel that has shown up in the lineup.

Unfortunately, U-Verse does not carry over the air sub-channels of which Me TV is one.

Aren't these all premium channels, where you have to pay an extra cost per month (just like, e.g., HBO)? I know Willow Cricket costs something like $15-20 per month on DirecTV.

MundoFox is a local broadcast channel. If it is not one of the local channels carried in your area, you can pick it up with an OTA antenna.

I requested Nickelodeon West. A quick Google search reveals it should be channel 315 and Nickelodeon East is channel 314 with Nick2 at 316 so the gap is still there but the channel is not.

I think they did away with the opposite coast stations on many networks awhile back. Click here & enter your zip to see your channels. You can also look for E/W on other networks. -

We have a ton of east/west channels with the exception of Nick. I've got east/west TNT, TBS, Cartoon Network...pretty much every east/west channel we had with Dish with the exception of Nickelodeon.
All our east/west channels are on that link plus many others but no Nick West in Chicago. ![]()

U-verse carries Nickelodeon West in the western states and Nickelodeon East in the rest of the country. A market will not receive both Nickelodeon East and Nickelodeon West.

I would like to have U-Verse provide access to WABC and WWOR out of New York in Connecticut. These two stations appear on my grid with a complete programming schedule but no available access to these two channels in my area. I have access to all the other New York channels here in Connecticut. What gives WTNH out of New Haven the right to prevent these two channels from being broadcast in my area? What source can I go to do dispute and voice my concern regarding this problem?

Long story, very long story. Basically, the FCC at the direction of Congress.
Local channels protect their local advertising revenue from out of market stations. Depending on your location you are considered in the market of one station or the other. Normally this is just zip code based.

Enter your zip code in this link to see what stations are available - https://uma.att.com/uma/RetrieveChannelLineup?ZIP=
If you qualify, you could try rebooting the boxes, calling CSR, send PM to - http://forums.att.com/t5/user/v1/viewprofilepage/u
I receive both of these in 06410.
