I noticed on my latest bill that the price of U200 has gone from $59 to $64. Did everyone get this increase? I don't recall seeing any announcement about it.

Did you take a free (or discounted) upgrade to a higher package and drop back down to U200? If so, this is a way to lose your grandfathered $59 U200 pricing, which resets to the going rate (currently $64).
Yes, I did. Funny how they forget to mention that the "free" 6-month upgrade would cost me $5 per month forever. Not to mention the fact that the "freebie" was compensation for the ongoing signal problems I've had.

That is why I NEVER upgrade to the U-whatever package, even if it is free "for a limited time." A couple times last year, EVERYONE got the U-400 for free for a short period of time. That was fine, but if they want to temporarily upgrade ONLY me, then I pass.
I have picked up free HBO for two months, the movie pack for one month, and the sports pack for one month, but since those weren't U-whatever package, i'm pretty sure i'm still in the $59 U-200 plan.
